Environmental justice
Connecting young people to the land through gardening, food systems, and hands-on environmental learning.
A community that
grows together.
Raíces means roots. Ours run deep in the Canal neighborhood of San Rafael.
Belonging is where
change begins.
Our work brings Latino youth and families together through environmental justice, community power building, cultural connection, and mental health and wellbeing.
Through gardens and shared experiences, we reconnect with the land and with one another. Our vision is a neighborhood where families have access to fresh food, green spaces, and meaningful opportunities to lead.
